PlayerSwap is a networking portal that connects youth players with coaches for guest play opportunities.

To Begin:

PLAYER'S PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL:

1. Choose a Player's membership level (3, 6, or 12 months).

2. Build the Guest Player profile that includes the player's information, current club, parent/guardian contact information,  provide dates when the Guest Player is available for guest play matching opportunities, etc. (Please note: The club you are currently committed to must not be scheduled to compete on any dates you provide.)

3. Accept/Reject offers to guest play received by Coaches. 

4. Sign Guest Player Commitment Waiver.

5. Participate as committed.

6. Return to regular club team events.

COACHES WILL:

1. Sign up for a 1-year Coach's membership.

2. Build the Coach profile including uploading of required licensing certifications and credentials. (If you are a coach and also have a family member who is a player, you will need to use different email addresses to sign up).

3. Search for Guest Player(s) as needed using the filters and dates. 

4. Contact the Guest Player's Parent/Guardian via email. Provide all event details to prospective Guest Player's parents/guardians.

5. Complete and send the PlayerSwap's Guest Player Commitment Waiver if Guest Player's parent/guardian accepts invite.​
