Playerswap.co offers a platform for soccer players ("Players") to connect with coaches or recruiters ("Coaches"). Some features, such as basic profile creation, may be free, while others, such as premium visibility or messaging capabilities ("Premium Services"), may require payment through subscriptions or one-time fees.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our Services. However, refunds are limited to specific circumstances as outlined below.

2.1 Premium Services (Subscriptions)

  • Non-Refundable: Subscription fees for Premium Services are generally non-refundable, except as noted below.

  • Refund Exceptions:

    • Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical issue (e.g., inability to access Premium Services) that we cannot resolve within 7 business days of your written notice to support@playerswap.co, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

    • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly (e.g., double-billed), contact us within 30 days of the charge, and we will issue a refund for the erroneous amount.

2.2 One-Time Fees

  • Non-Refundable: One-time fees  are non-refundable once the service is activated, unless we fail to deliver the promised service due to our error.

  • We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Free Services

  • Account Cancellation: You may delete your Playerswap.co account at any time via your account settings. Deletion is immediate, and no fees apply.

3.2 Premium Services (Subscriptions)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@playerswap.co.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to Premium Services until then, and no pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining period.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription to avoid unwanted charges.

  • One-time services cannot be canceled or refunded once activated, as they are delivered immediately.
