1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization or team, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of Services

Playerswap.co provides a platform that allows:

  • Players to create profiles, upload information (e.g., skills, stats, videos), and connect with Coaches.

  • Coaches to browse Player profiles, contact Players, and recruit for their teams or programs.
     

We act solely as a facilitator and do not guarantee placement or any specific outcome from using our Services.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services:

  • Players must provide accurate and complete information about themselves.

  • Coaches must represent legitimate teams, clubs, or programs and use the platform for recruitment purposes only.

  • You must not be barred from using similar services under applicable law.
     

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to any user at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

  • Registration: You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide truthful information and keep it updated.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@playerswap.co if you suspect unauthorized use.

  • Responsibility: You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
